- Complete the Contact Us form
- Review the Program details
- Download and fill out an enrollment application.
- Fax a completed enrollment application to 602-404-9900. (Once application is reviewed and accepted, you will be notified)
- Commit to an admission date
- Gather needed documents and belongings. (See Personal Personal Needs Checklist within the Home Life Coach Legal Guardianship document)

Enrollment can take place the same day. We work closely with you to plan the transition into and out of Life Coaching. This ensures that your child's best interest is served academically, socially, and spiritually.
